Mr Lucky, dressed in his knee length Macintosh, a cap and umbrella, walks the streets literally under his own rain cloud. Unsmiling, he toils along with a heavy suitcase, looking for a place to sit, or to eat. As he never speaks, we make up our own story about him. Mr Lucky is always a foreigner, always the odd one out.
Mr Lucky's performance is best suited to street markets or festival sites and outdoor cafes. Each session lasts from fifteen to twenty minutes and up to four sessions can be performed in each day.
Mr Lucky has worked in Korea, France, USA Belgium, Spain, Germany and is successful wherever he goes. Technical requirements for the show are simple. 1. Transportation from & to the airport for one person plus equipment.
2. Accomodation for one person including breakfast.
3 A secure dressing room (preferably with shower) close to the performance space.
4 A ready access to a clean water supply in or close by the dressing room.
